At this time, masks are recommended for clients. If you have COVID-19, have recently been exposed or are experiencing COVID-related symptoms, please reschedule your visit. The health and safety of all clients is our top priority.

COVID-19 Safety protocol

In order to comply with the government’s COVID-19 secure business guidelines, we risk asses all clinic premises and ensure that sufficient control measures, such as sanitisation and hand hygiene are put in place making the treatment room safe and your experience reassuring so you can relax knowing you are in safe hands.

We still conduct patient screening of COVID-19 prior to your appointment which includes asking you a few questions before you attend the appointment.

  • Alert us ASAP if you suspect that you have been exposed to COVID-19 in the seven days prior to your appointment or if you have been in close contact to someone with COVID-19. Please do not come to your appointment if you have had recent known exposure.

  • Alert us If you have been diagnosed or suspect that you may have contracted the virus and need to self-isolate, please reschedule your appointment.

Fees are waived for cancellations due to potential COVID-19 symptoms or diagnosis.

Covid-19 Policies & Procedures:

  • Patient appointments will be spaced to minimize overlaps and allow extra time for proper room cleaning and disinfecting between patients.

  • Face masks are recommended, at this time. We will be wearing face masks during your entire treatment and will provide you with a mask, if needed.

  • We ask that you do not bring anyone along with you to your appointment unless they are necessary for your care.

Measures we take to keep you healthy and the clinic safe:

  • We use universal precautions. This means that we treat everybody as if they are contagious with an infectious disease.

  • WeI will be wearing a clean surgical mask for the duration of your appointment. The mask will be disposed of after your treatment.

  • We diffuse essential oils to help minimize transmission of airborne viruses.

  • We open windows & doors (where possible) and disinfect all surfaces after every patient.

  • The couch roll on the treatment couch is replaced and pillows available will have wipeable covers and cleaned after each appointment.  

    WeI practice exceptional self-care and awareness with regards to hand washing and we will not see patients if unwell. We will take lateral flow tests every 7 days.
